If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.


🖤 Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original hang tag attached.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost (non-refundable).

  • Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

  • For any quality issues, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with clear photos and your order number.

  • Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.


💳 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must remain unworn and with the original tag attached.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of both sending back and receiving the exchanged item.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.


🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards and accessories are non-refundable.

  • Any item returned in used or damaged condition will not be accepted.
